3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments are confirmed via email or phone.
• Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout. Soapy Auto does not collect or store your full card number, CVC, or bank account information. All sensitive payment data is submitted directly to Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and may change from time to time. Any promotions or discounts are applied at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and location information.
• Ensure safe access to the vehicle and remove personal items.
• Inform us of any vehicle sensitivities or pre-existing damage.

6. Liability

We exercise reasonable care in providing services. To the extent permitted by law, Soapy Auto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
